Rota hesabını ve ilişkili verilerini silmemizi isteyebilirsin. Talebini Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu m.13 uyarınca en geç 30 gün içinde sonuçlandırırız.
Talebi hesabına kayıtlı e-posta adresinden gönder — kimliğini bu şekilde doğruluyoruz. Başka bir adresten yazarsan ek doğrulama isteyebiliriz.
Vergi Usul Kanunu m.253 ve Türk Ticaret Kanunu m.82, ödeme ve fatura kayıtlarının daha uzun süre saklanmasını zorunlu kılıyor. Bu kayıtlar silinmez, ancak kimliğinle bağlantısı koparılır: tutar, tarih ve ödeme numarası kalır; kime ait olduğu bilgisi silinir. Böylece hem KVKK m.7 hem vergi mevzuatı karşılanmış olur.
Onaylanmış bir marina, demirleme veya gezi noktası eklediysen o kayıt haritada kalır, ancak seninle bağlantısı koparılır. Kayıt artık topluluğun ortak verisidir ve silinmesi diğer denizcilerin gördüğü haritayı eksiltirdi. Kaydın kendisinde adın ya da e-postan görünmez.
Hesabın silinmesi aboneliği de sonlandırır. Cayma ve iade koşulları Mesafeli Satış Sözleşmesi'ne tabidir.
Hesabın pasifleştikten sonra — yani aboneliğin sona erdiği ve son giriş yaptığın tarihten itibaren — 1 yıl geçince verilerin otomatik olarak imha edilir; ayrıca talep etmen gerekmez. Bu sayfa, o süreyi beklemek istemeyenler içindir.

You can ask us to delete your Rota account and the data associated with it. We will complete your request within 30 days at the latest, as required by Turkish data protection law (KVKK art. 13).
Please send it from the email address registered to your account — that is how we verify your identity. If you write from a different address we may ask for further verification.
Turkish tax and commercial law (Tax Procedure Law art. 253 and Commercial Code art. 82) require payment and invoice records to be kept for a longer period. Those records are not deleted, but they are severed from your identity: the amount, date and payment reference remain, while the information identifying you is removed. This satisfies both KVKK art. 7 and tax legislation.
If you added a marina, anchorage or point of interest that was approved, that record stays on the map but is unlinked from you. It has become part of the community's shared data, and removing it would leave a gap for other sailors. Your name and email do not appear on the record.
Deleting your account also ends your subscription. Withdrawal and refund terms are governed by the Distance Sales Agreement.
Once your account becomes inactive — that is, from the date your subscription ended and you last signed in — your data is destroyed automatically after one year; you do not need to ask. This page is for those who would rather not wait.
