Verilerini satmıyoruz. Aşağıdaki durumlarda sınırlı veri paylaşımı yapılır:
Konum paylaşımı özelliği henüz kullanıma açılmamıştır; şu anda konumunuz hiçbir şekilde toplanmamakta ve paylaşılmamaktadır.
Özellik kullanıma açıldığında varsayılan olarak kapalı olacaktır. Kendiniz açtığınızda konumunuzu "yalnızca takip ettiklerim" veya "tüm aboneler" ile paylaşma seçeneklerinden birini seçebilirsiniz. Ayarı istediğiniz an kapatabilirsiniz; kapattığınızda konum kaydınız silinir. Bu işleme yalnızca açık rızanıza dayanır ve rızanızı geri çekmeniz hizmetin diğer bölümlerini etkilemez.
Hesabın aktif olduğu sürece verilerini saklarız. Saklama süresi 1 yıldır ve bu süre hesabın pasifleştiği andan — yani aboneliğin sona erdiği ve son giriş yaptığın tarihten — itibaren işlemeye başlar.
Süre dolduğunda imha otomatik olarak yapılır; ayrıca talep etmen gerekmez. Silinenler:
Bu silmenin iki istisnası vardır.
a) Mali kayıtlar. Vergi Usul Kanunu m.253 ve Türk Ticaret Kanunu m.82 uyarınca ödeme ve fatura kayıtlarının daha uzun süre saklanması zorunludur. Bu kayıtlar silinmez ancak kimliğinizle bağlantısı koparılır: tutar, tarih ve ödeme numarası kalır, kime ait olduğu bilgisi silinir. Böylece hem KVKK m.7 hem vergi mevzuatı karşılanmış olur.
b) Haritaya yaptığın katkılar. Onaylanmış bir marina, demirleme veya gezi noktası eklediysen o kayıt haritada kalır, ancak seninle bağlantısı koparılır: kayıtta adın ya da e-posta adresin görünmez. Kayıt topluluğun ortak verisi hâline gelmiştir ve silinmesi diğer denizcilerin gördüğü haritayı eksiltirdi.

Sitemizde üç ayrı çerez ve ölçümleme katmanı vardır. Aşağıda hangisinin zorunlu, hangisinin iznine bağlı olduğu ayrı ayrı belirtilmiştir.
a) Zorunlu oturum çerezi. Giriş yaptığında seni tanımaya yarar; onay gerektirmez, çünkü hizmetin verilebilmesi için zorunludur (KVKK m.5/2-c — sözleşmenin ifası). Tarayıcı ayarlarından engelleyebilirsin, ancak engellersen giriş yapamazsın.
b) Reklam ve ölçüm çerezi (Meta Pixel) — yalnızca izin verirsen.
Reklamlarımızın işe yarayıp yaramadığını ölçmek için Meta Pixel
kullanıyoruz. Bu araç tarayıcına _fbp ve _fbc adlı çerezleri
yerleştirir ve ziyaret ettiğin sayfa, kayıt olma, ödeme başlatma ve abonelik satın alma
gibi olayları Meta'ya iletir. Bu açık rızana bağlıdır (KVKK m.5/1):
sen kabul edene kadar Meta Pixel kodu sayfaya hiç yüklenmez, çerez
yerleşmez ve Meta'ya hiçbir veri gitmez. Siteye ilk girişinde çıkan bandda "Kabul et"
ve "İstemiyorum" seçenekleri eşit ağırlıktadır; reddetmek hizmetin hiçbir özelliğini
kısıtlamaz.
Bu veriler Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.'ye (İrlanda) aktarılır ve şirketin altyapısı gereği Avrupa Birliği dışında da işlenebilir; dolayısıyla burada yurt dışına aktarım söz konusudur (KVKK m.9) ve verdiğin açık rıza bu aktarımı da kapsar. Meta bu verileri kendi gizlilik politikası uyarınca kendi adına da işler; ilgili metne facebook.com/privacy/policy adresinden ulaşabilirsin.
Rızanı istediğin an geri alabilirsin. Bu sayfanın altındaki çerez tercihini değiştir bağlantısına tıklaman yeterlidir. Geri aldığında yeni veri gönderilmez; daha önce gönderilmiş veriler için Meta'ya da başvurabilirsin.
Mobil uygulamamızda Meta Pixel bulunmaz. Android uygulaması reklam ölçümü yapmaz, çerez yerleştirmez.
c) Çerezsiz kullanım ölçümü (Vercel Web Analytics). Sitenin hangi sayfalarının ne kadar kullanıldığını görmek için Vercel Web Analytics kullanılmaktadır. Bu araç çerez yerleştirmez ve tarayıcında veri saklamaz. Ziyaret edilen sayfa adresi, yönlendiren adres, ülke ve cihaz/işletim sistemi/tarayıcı türü gibi bilgileri toplar. Ziyaretçileri birbirinden ayırmak için, IP adresi ve tarayıcı bilgisinden türetilen ve günlük olarak değişen bir özet (hash) değer kullanılır; ham IP adresi saklanmaz, kişiler ad veya hesapla eşleştirilmez ve bize yalnızca toplu istatistik olarak ulaşır. Kişiselleştirilmiş reklam veya siteler arası takip amacıyla kullanılmaz. Ölçümleme betiğini tarayıcı eklentileriyle engelleyebilirsin; bu, sitenin çalışmasını etkilemez.
Sayfa görüntülemenin yanı sıra, ürünün hangi adımında zorlandığımızı görmek için sayfa içindeki bazı eylemler de toplu olarak sayılır: bir yer detayının açılması, korunak ölçümünün görüntülenmesi, ödeme formunun açılması ve tamamlanmadan bırakılması, sefer planına durak eklenmesi. Yalnızca eylemin kaç kez olduğu sayılır — hangi yeri açtığın, ne yazdığın veya ne satın aldığın bu sayıma girmez. Bu sayımlar da çerezsizdir, yukarıdaki günlük özet değerin ötesinde bir tanımlayıcı kullanmaz ve kişiyle ya da hesabınla eşleştirilmez.
Reklam çerezlerine izin veren kullanıcılarda, izin verildiği bilgisi de bu toplu sayıma dâhil edilir; böylece reklam ölçümümüzün kapsamını görebiliyoruz. İzin vermeyen veya seçim yapmayan kullanıcılar hakkında bu amaçla hiçbir kayıt oluşturulmaz.
d) Sayfa hızı ölçümü (Vercel Speed Insights). Sayfaların ne kadar hızlı açıldığını görmek için ikinci bir çerezsiz ölçüm katmanı kullanılmaktadır. Bu katman yalnızca performans göstergelerini toplar: sayfanın yüklenme ve tepki verme süreleri, hangi sayfanın ölçüldüğü ve cihaz türü. İçerik, form verisi veya kimlik bilgisi toplamaz; yukarıdaki günlük özet değerin ötesinde bir tanımlayıcı kullanmaz.

Kişisel verileriniz, uygulama üzerinden üyelik kaydı oluşturmanız ve abonelik satın almanız esnasında elektronik ortamda toplanmaktadır. When you use the Rota application and website, we may collect the following categories of data:
We do not sell your data. Limited sharing takes place in the following cases:
The location-sharing feature is not yet available; your location is not currently collected or shared in any way.
When the feature is released it will be off by default. If you turn it on yourself, you may choose to share your location with "only those I follow" or "all subscribers". You can switch the setting off at any time; when you do, your location record is deleted. This processing rests solely on your explicit consent, and withdrawing it does not affect any other part of the service.
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. The retention period is one year, running from the moment the account becomes inactive — that is, from the date your subscription ended and you last signed in.
When the period expires, erasure is automatic; you do not need to request it. What is deleted:
There are two exceptions to this erasure.
a) Financial records. Under Article 253 of the Tax Procedure Law and Article 82 of the Turkish Commercial Code, payment and invoice records must be retained for longer. These records are not deleted, but their link to your identity is severed: the amount, date and payment reference remain, while the information identifying whose they were is removed. This satisfies both Article 7 of the KVKK and tax legislation.
b) Contributions you made to the map. If you added a marina, anchorage or point of interest that was approved, that record stays on the map but is unlinked from you: your name and email address do not appear on it. It has become part of the community's shared data, and removing it would leave a gap for other sailors.
If you would like your account deleted sooner, you may request it without waiting for this period; the Deleting Your Account page explains how.
Our site has three separate cookie and measurement layers. Which of them is strictly necessary and which is subject to your permission is set out separately below.
a) Strictly necessary session cookie. It serves to recognise you when you sign in. It requires no consent, because it is necessary for the service to be provided at all (KVKK art. 5/2-c — performance of a contract). You can block it from your browser settings, but if you do you will not be able to sign in.
b) Advertising and measurement cookie (Meta Pixel) — only if you permit it. To measure whether our advertising works, we use Meta Pixel. This tool places cookies named _fbp and _fbc in your browser and reports events such as the page you viewed, signing up, starting a payment and purchasing a subscription to Meta. This depends on your explicit consent (KVKK art. 5/1): until you accept, the Meta Pixel code is not loaded onto the page at all, no cookie is set and no data goes to Meta. In the banner shown on your first visit, "Accept" and "No thanks" carry equal weight; declining restricts no feature of the service.
This data is transferred to Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. (Ireland) and, given that company's infrastructure, may also be processed outside the European Union; there is therefore a transfer abroad here (KVKK art. 9), and the explicit consent you give covers that transfer as well. Meta also processes this data on its own behalf under its own privacy policy, which you can read at facebook.com/privacy/policy.
You may withdraw your consent at any time. Simply click change your cookie preference at the bottom of this page. Once withdrawn, no new data is sent; for data already sent you may also apply to Meta.
Our mobile app contains no Meta Pixel. The Android app performs no advertising measurement and sets no cookies.
c) Cookieless usage measurement (Vercel Web Analytics). To see which pages of the site are used and how much, we use Vercel Web Analytics. This tool sets no cookies and stores no data in your browser. It collects information such as the page address visited, the referring address, country, and device/operating system/browser type. To distinguish one visitor from another it uses a hash value derived from the IP address and browser information that changes daily; the raw IP address is not stored, individuals are not matched to a name or account, and the data reaches us only as aggregate statistics. It is not used for personalised advertising or cross-site tracking. You can block the measurement script with browser extensions; this does not affect how the site works.
Besides page views, certain in-page actions are also counted in aggregate so that we can see where in the product people get stuck: opening a place's details, viewing the shelter measurement, opening the payment form and leaving it unfinished, and adding a stop to a voyage plan. Only the number of times an action occurred is counted — which place you opened, what you wrote or what you bought is not part of this count. These counts are likewise cookieless, use no identifier beyond the daily hash described above, and are not linked to you or your account.
For users who allow advertising cookies, the fact that permission was given is also included in this aggregate count, so that we can see how much of our advertising measurement we are able to observe. No record is created for this purpose about users who decline or make no choice.
d) Page speed measurement (Vercel Speed Insights). To see how quickly pages load, a second cookieless measurement layer is used. This layer collects only performance indicators: how long a page takes to load and respond, which page was measured, and the device type. It collects no content, form data or identity information, and uses no identifier beyond the daily hash described above.
You have the right to access, correct and request erasure of your data, and to object to its processing. You may send your requests to rota@skytek.live.

Your personal data is collected electronically when you create a membership account through the application and when you purchase a subscription. It is processed on the legal bases set out in Article 5/2 of the KVKK: "necessity for the establishment and performance of a contract", "the legal obligation of the data controller" and "the legitimate interest of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject". Usage measurement data is collected automatically while you visit the site and is processed on the legal basis of the "legitimate interest of the data controller". Location data and commercial electronic messages are processed solely on the basis of your explicit consent.

These transfers are carried out within the framework of Article 9 of the KVKK, on the basis that they are necessary for the performance of the contract and/or on the basis of your explicit consent.
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, by applying to the data controller you have the right to: learn whether your personal data is being processed; request information if it has been processed; learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose; know the third parties to whom it is transferred in Türkiye or abroad; request rectification if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly; request its erasure or destruction in accordance with the law; and claim compensation if you suffer loss.
